Food was very disappointing as well as the bread. We didn’t receive bread for like 30 minutes and once we did it was burnt and didn’t taste right. However, Nathan was an absolute gem! He did amazing job despite the busyness. He was very attentive and even with a large group, we had our orders right and kept a smile. Kudos to Nathan he deserves employee of the month or something!
Enjoying food. It was good. Our male bartender made it completely obvious he could get two shits then the female bartender has been much more attentive. Also, the male bartender spray cleaner around my food on the bar. Picture attached

I just had the worst experience at this Texas Roadhouse location. I placed a pickup order, and when my husband arrived at the scheduled time, they told him the food wasn’t ready. After making him wait, they finally handed over the order—only for us to find that the food was ICE COLD. The steak was so cold it felt like it had just come out of the fridge, and the steak fries were mushy and inedible!
Texas Roadhouse is supposed to be known for quality food and service, but this location is an absolute disgrace. I will never be ordering from here again, and I’d strongly advise others to stay away unless they want cold, unappetizing food and poor treatment.

To tonight I stopped in after going to kids empire with the kiddos and I must say I wasnt feeling it at all I ordered country fried steak the chicken was sum what ok but when I got to the middle of it I had smothered green beans and other berries that should’ve have been in the gravy one manger came to make it better and a second manger came and pissed me off because I simply asked to put the gravy on the side and my sides was cold my daughter bug at patty was over cooked I paid for it and left cause like wtf is really going on ……. Went to another restaurant and was so satisfied will not come back to this location ooooo and she took my plate away before I could take pic

Came here for a late lunch on Saturday. We didn’t have to wait long for the table, but our orders took forever to come (at least 45 mins wait). My waitress was nice but she didn’t really check on our table. My ribeye was dry and salty. It wasn’t a good experience overall.

I was sitting with family and friends for dinner while waiting for our dinner to come out I just happened to notice that a Manger standing by the cook station was getting her butt rubbed on and doing other things that we the guest should not have to watch (hugging and touching from a colored cook) a few minutes later another male which was cooking the bread did the same thing and the lady Manger just laughed at no point did she stop it or care that customers even noticed what was going on as a Manger you would think she would be working and making sure that the customers were taken care of we will not be returning to this location my kids and family like to enjoy are time out not watch a tall blonde Manger let herself be touch and treated like a piece of meat and not doing her job we even pointed it out to our sever which was so nice and said she was sorry for us seeing the show hopefully the upper Manger see and does something about this
Dining was ok. Pork chop was dry. When I tried to pay at the table using the KIOSK, I put $0.00 tip because I had already given the waitress her tip. The machine proceeded to add an additional 20% for the tip and closed out the bill. When I brought that matter the waitress' attention, she didn't know how to correct the matter

Our server was nice but my drink was nothing but flavor it was so syrupy that I couldn’t even drink it and when I asked for it to be remade or a refund they told me they couldn’t do either even though I barley drank it. So I paid for a drink I didn’t even drink.. also my salad had really old pieces of lettuce in it. I’ll definitely be sticking to Arnold Texas Roadhouse

Placed an order to go. It was 25 minutes late getting there when I walked into complain about it to the manager. She acted like it was my fault. Took her five minutes to get and then come out and tell me that it’s not their fault about taking some responsibility. Who’s fault is it? I don’t know who’s paying you to be manager, but they’re overpaying you I will not be back.
Called ahead and placed our reservations for dinner this evening. The service was top notch!
