I recently had a disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse. There were significant delays in ordering food and between our appetizer and main course orders, which affected our overall dining experience. Additionally, the blooming onion was undercooked. It gave my stomach, a run for it’s money. I spent the remainder of dinner in the bathroom vomiting the cleanliness of the restroom was not up to standard. I also from this experience didn’t even get to eat my main dish. We also noticed a lack of attention in beverage service, as we did not receive refills until just before we settled the bill. Overall, I felt that the $30 spent did not reflect the quality of service or the dining experience provided. Based on this visit, I would hesitate to recommend this establishment.

My partner and I were here today and we are familiar with the area, so it's easy for us! Just want to say a huge shout out to JASON, KAYLA (our server) and DALLAS the other two who I believe are managers. Kayla made sure my smashed mash was good and gucci, and I think we spoke to Dallas, the gal manager and she was awesome and handled everything great. We waited a bit for the food but it came out perfect, literally zero harm done. Usually don't get into reviews for corps but it looked like they were having a hard night and had to deal with some irate people. My partner and I have both been managers and felt for them. It's free to be kind! We will 10000000 percent come back!

Did you all really give me frozen rolls from schnucks with my to go order. 🤣🤣 cause these aren't your rolls.These are the frozen ones you get from walmart and schnucks. And they are gross. The lady who gave me food was lovely and chicken was good besides it was missing the cheese I asked for.. salad was great.

Always good food and great service! Honestly probably the best steak you can get at any restaurant.
Definitely not our best meal at Texas roadhouse house. We went to six flags and then after a long day we wanted to sit down for dinner . rolls were cold. Took forever for regular butter, steaks were over cooked . No ketchup . We all asked for Dr Pepper and they gave us coke. For a table of 7 and how much money we were spending definitely didn’t add up.

Everything was great, I personally loved the green beans but we apparently had issues with one of the waiters and he got upset with us and almost got into it with my brother, but other than that our personal waitress was really nice and super apologetic even though she did nothing wrong. Live, Laugh, Love Ash 🫶
