I really wish this location would improve. Over the last year customer service has greatly gone downhill. The drive thru attendants don't have basic manners and items are frequently missing.

Placed a mobile order and waited at the drive thru speaker for several minutes to pick it up. No response. Canceled it, drove by the window, and saw 2 employees standing there by the window.

I stopped by the drive through on a Thursday night 03/20 around 10:30pm very slow just me and another couple cars. The girl taking my order snapped on me in drive through a couple times then disappeared for a while… I pull up to pay for my order two girls were leaning on the counter talking for about 10min one of them made eye contact with me and just continued talking meanwhile three male workers were by the exit door smoking…
A while after one of the girls I assume the one who took my order came out with a terrible attitude no acknowledgment or even a thank you and gave me my total. I was flabbergasted as someone who’s worked in the fast food industry for a long time… I asked what was the reason for her being so rude and she snapped at me asking if I’m gonna pay or keep it moving… and then the other African American female worked came through and started going off on me to pull up..
my order was $40 and I refuse to give my money to a place who doesn’t offer a decent service let alone try to beat you up. Absolutely terrible. I was even more flabbergasted seeing how many other costumers have gone through similar experiences with this location.
It should really be looked into.

I think I got Phillips Spicy chicken sandwich because the baconator I ordered definitely didn't end up in my bag. Funny part is the employee had issues hearing my order at the drive thru but verified it, then asked me to verify what I ordered when I got to the window. He made the frostys, prepared the to go bag and still handed me the wrong thing which I didn't realize til I got home (my error for trusting someone). Sandwich was good and hot just not what I ordered or paid for. Standard stuff nowadays I guess.

Came inside for dine in. There was not a long drive-through line and no one dining inside, but i sat at the register wanting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes. Workers would come by and make eye contact but not say a word. At some point, my young daughter was asking me why we were being ignored very audibly. Gentlemen finally came by and took my order after i made eye contact and asked if we could be helped.
It was such a weird and awkward experience.
Additionally, the drink machine and the condiment area were pretty disgusting, as well as the bathroom. We were really excited to get Wendys as there aren't many in the area but i dont think i will be back to this one.

I never have a problem with their food. Everything tastes great and I get my order quickly. Unfortunately, on three separate occasions I have been given the wrong order. The employees seem very rushed and unorganized. I talk to at least three different people in the window. One takes my card and gives me my drink, one gives me my food, and another hands my card back. I love Wendy's and never had a problem with any other locations.

Just went there earlier. This place was FILTHY!!!! The countertops where you get the lids and straws hadn't been cleaned, the floor was dirty, and the tabletops hadn't been cleaned. When I walked out of there I felt like I needed a tetanus shot. I'll never go back.

I ordered two Breakfast baconators. Wanna see what I got? Check the photos... Both "sandwiches" consisted of a bunch with some bacon in-between.

My dad went in to get three simple things. Why did it take 14 minutes? Let me tell you. They were taking the order, and he asked for SIMPLY 3 patty’s with cheese. They MIRACULOUSLY messed it up and got very confused. He was trying to fix the order when a delivery driver came to give them pizza and EVERYONE INCLUDING MANAGERS went over to Receive the pizza, leaving my dad at the register. They forgot to put cheese on his patty’s and gave him a few slices in a burger wrapper, telling him to do it himself. Will NOT BE COMING EVER AGAIN.
(Edit) Okay, I forgot this was the bad one. They did the same thing with the burger!! We confirmed twice that it would only be the patty, the bacon, and the cheese and they STILL gave the whole burger. Idk what’s wrong. We sat there for about three minutes honking periodically before someone came over (one worker saw us and did not come to the window). We got the things we needed but this place is still so bad. We asked if we should scan the app and they said it was “above their paygrade”. YOURE A WENDY’S WORKER, FOOL! Then after we gave them our phone they said it was too late!! So they did know and they were too lazy to say anything. How shameful. This place is still awful!!

I swear this Wendy’s will never get an order right I’ve even had to call and complain and be like why don’t you guys do your jobs? I’m not usually somebody who’s like that and I get it. Fast food jobs suck but this place is truly just trash

This place is ridiculous! I go in, nobody manning the register the whole time, I wait a good 5+ mins for the person working to come back and take my order, a guy with his kids was in there a good few mins before me waiting and still hadn’t gotten their food. Those people in there working need to get their act together. Very disappointing. Myself and the person waiting behind me both ended up leaving.

Very slow service. Our quick lunch took an hour. The layout is not patron friendly at all. There's congestion at the beverage and condiment bar makes it difficult to get back up to the counter to get your food. After you waited in line 15 to 20 minutes to place your order the last thing you want to do is get to your seat settle in because it's going to be awe for your food and then go back up through the beverage congestion to get your food, then come back through the same and only way maneuvering your tray. Then go back up when you find they didn't give you dressing for your $10 salad that had only one small packet of pecans, even tho, as vegan, you gave up the chicken breast and cheese. The double cheeseburger was impossible to eat as it should be eaten--100%. It was so sloppy with mayo, wet lettuce tomato and pickles, that by the time someone near the counter--customer--motioned that our food was up, it was cold. The counter person had walked away from it, unclaimed--modest lunch for 2 @ $26! Counter order, counter pickup. Why, you might ask, didn't we hear our name yelled across the dining area? Because the music was too loud to even talk to each other. And honestly if I want my name, and everyone else's, yelled across the dining area, I'll go to the Waffle House, and there I'll be able to play music I know. I couldn't make any of this out.
Where originally from Ohio and we're so excited when Whitney started coming this way. I'm sorry Dave Thomas. You must be rolling over in your grave. You built a legacy, and this is what's happening to it. Stay away from this one until they fix it. Oh, and get all your sandwich toppings on the side.
Vegetarian options: Answer to the vegetarian menu--just go to Taco Bell. None of those answers were appropriate. Order your fries 'no salt', they'll be hot. Order your burger WITH salt, there was none, and too much of a mess to get it on.
Dietary restrictions: They rarely know what a vegan is. There should be marks and dairy free salad options to make ordering easier. Need a meatless burger option.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. The woman working tonight, 1/1/25, is making it such an uncomfortable experience being hateful/annoyed with her “we will be right with you” to each customer that walks up to order. I also waited to order 5+ minutes while 2 other workers walked by and even made eye contact with me, just blatantly ignoring that I was even there. Then when my fiance finally asked if they were taking orders the woman chimed in with a remark that went something like “there’s only so many of us here!” I have worked in the food industry and retail for several years of my life. I understand what it’s like to work in high stress situations without enough staff. The restaurant wasn’t even close to being slammed. This lady is honestly rough to be in the same room with because of how unprofessional her communication and tone are. I can only imagine that the other employees feel like they are walking on egg shells around her. First time here and the last. I will not be back.
