The Wendy's in Ballwin is TERRIBLE. I ordered of Biggie Bag and the only thing that was fresh was my drink. My burger, fries, and nuggets seemed like they were under a heat lamp all day. The bun on my burger was hard, fries and nuggets were old, and on top of all that, it was cold. How do you have a meal under a heat lamp and it's still cold??? I recommend that nobody EVER go to this location. I felt like I was in North City with the quality I received. Is leaving 0 stars an option?

If I could give no stars I would. The fries were old, burger was half assed, and most of all the lady with brown hair working the drive-thru had an awful attitude. She maybe said five words to us and acted as if we were a bother. I've worked food plenty to know it isn't that difficult to act like you care even a little bit. There was no one else in the drive-thru and no one dining in it looked like. If these are really the people Wendy's wants to hire I'm good on never eating this poor excuse for food again. I know seeing this won't mean anything to the people working there. But if you see this and you're thinking about eating here save yourself the trouble and grab literally anything else.

Fries were cold and chewy. Three times in a row. Fortunately I got to interact with who I think was the manager this time, and she went above and beyond to make my order right (which I was very grateful for because I just worked an 18 hr manual labor shift and was tired, hungry, and everything else was closed). I asked nicely about the fries and she was very pleasant about remaking them. While I waited, I sipped my drink - which was also wrong (zero calorie). When she brought my fresh fries I apologized and asked about the soda. She admitted they were having problems with the machine and went to remake it as well. I apologized profusely as I knew it was late and I was the only one whiny customer in the drive-thru, but it really makes a difference when you're totally zapped mentally/physically, and just need a quick meal that reasonably meets expectations. Thank you for your attention, Miss! Wish I had caught your name...

We went inside to eat and there was a line of people waiting to place orders. One customer asked if they were taking orders at the counter, no one even responded to him or acknowledged him. At least 6 people including us, left after 10 minutes. Another customer had to take charge and call our mobile orders for another group of people waiting. Extremely poor service.

It is what is. Fast food. Probably healthier that most but not really. I hate fast food. It doesn't taste good. Its over priced for what ur getting. Spent 10 bucks on fake hamburger. For extra 5 I could sit down with real food. But sometimes u don't have time
