I've eaten at many arby's, but this one is the absolute worst! I have been 3 different times in the past 4 months, every freaking time my order is wrong, my husband orders potatoe cakes and they give him fries, we order the meals, but they don't give us our drinks, I order the mozzarella sticks pay for them and don't get them, plus they never give me my receipt. I'M DONE WITH ARBY'S IN BELTON MO! They should close this one down permanently!!!!
Had to wait outside the door after they should of been open, then waited over 20 mins for food cause their fryer wasn't ready!! Poor customer service no apologizes or anything!

However, the fish sandwich still falls short, appearing smaller and with mushy breading. Overall, Arby's remains a good choice for a quick meal, especially if sticking to their classic roast beef options.
