horrible customer service, lack of ingredients
i absolutely love chipotle, and it’s really disappointing and frustrating because every. single. time. when i order online, i ask for extra of everything just because i don’t get very many things in my bowl… and they always give me like half sized portions. my bowl is NEVER filled. i pay full price for half of a bowl. it’s a rip off.

I stopped in today for a quick bite, knowing it was peak lunch time rush.
Everyone was extremely friendly, on task and moved the line right along.
Bonus points for the always smiling Yesenia for always setting the example!
