Best pho I have ever tasted and I have had a few. The bowls we filled to the brim and everything was made fresh and just perfect. The egg rolls and the spring roll are to die for literally....like I was expecting average everything! But like the first bite was a whole trip itself. Absolutely LOVE this food truck! We go there whenever we're in the area, and she always remembers me! A cute couple, and always super friendly! Hands down the best crab rangoon I've had. So flaky! The pork Banh Mi is delicious! So much meat and so tender! My son and hubby like the chicken.
