Had their homemade strawberry shortcake & it was delicious. They make their own ice cream & the berries were ripe & sweet.Nice little selection of flowers, plants & landscape nicknacks.

This was a really fun stop! We were there in winter and I imagine it is only better in summer with all the other produce. There were a lot of specialty, flavored pecans - which tasted amazing! And there was an ice cream bar, as well, with locally made ice cream. All in all, a very fun spot and will add this to the list for summer!Dietary restrictions: Many of the pecans were gluten and dairy free

When I had gone into Beggs I wasn't greeted by who seemed to be highschool girls working there. The store wasn't clean and their fruit and vegetable section was half rotting and gnats were everywhere. The girls didn't talk to us or recommend anything around the store as we were looking-not really any customer service. The cider we had gotten from there was not good...but their sugar coated pecans were I'll give em that!

Very different vibe from Diebolds orchards. Limited selection for such a big building.

In the past we have been to the smaller berry farm store, we went to their new location across the interstate and we were not disappointed! It's a little treasure spot, the ice cream is so delicious and they have wonderful produce.
We found this place on a road trip last year and made it a point to save the address and make it back this year. Well, they moved locations and had a very poorly marked sign on the old building saying that they had moved. Couldn’t read it. Called up the store and the girl who answered the phone had a bit of an attitude like we should have known that they moved and to where. This same girl was “talking shop” a few feet away from us with one of the owners and it’s just very unprofessional and kills the atmosphere and experience. The ice cream was good, but not quite as good as I remember.

Bought fresh squash and the very much advertised Beggs Strawberries. The squash was great but the Strawberries were a huge disappointment. They were bitter/sour/tart. Even when loaded with sugar they did not taste good. We were very disappointed. Went to Schnucks and bought Driscoll Strawberries at $3.99 for a 2# carton and they were awesome! Not to mention much less than the bitter tasting ones from Beggs($20 for a bucket).

Dirty, over the top prices, Cathy lady was berating an employee very unprofessional. Talking to the girl like she was a dog while "attempting to sound sensitive" suprised she has any employees if thats how she treats people. Ice cream was good but atmosphere was lacking. Health concerns everywhere. Won't be coming back
