“This place was a phenomenal restaurant. There key parts was the guacamole, and there seafood options (just bear with me). My selection was the catfish, a dish that included catfish fries, and Mexican salad. All of which were amazing, and not just that the servIce was great. The atmosphere was great as well.I heavily recommend this Mexican restaurant to all that come past or live in Southeast Missouri.”

“The burgers are true burgers made the ole' fashion way. I got a single cheese with bacon with all the fixings, and the bacon was real bacon that seemed to be cooked up just for my burger. The seasoned curly fries were REALLY good as well....The food is Simple but delicious! There is no indoor seating was my only concern if it was super hot that may be an issue. A lot of folks come and just get it to go. They do have a couple of nice patios shaded by big oak trees so we just sat outside and ate. Highly recommended.”

“This was a really fun stop! We were there in winter and I imagine it is only better in summer with all the other produce.There were a lot of specialty, flavored pecans - which tasted amazing! And there was an ice cream bar, as well, with locally made ice cream. All in all, a very fun spot and will add this to the list for summer!Dietary restrictions: Many of the pecans were gluten and dairy free”

“The egg, bacon,cheese breakfast sandwich was really good. Orange juice was even better. Beverage counter with lids, napkins was stocked. The lady running cash register was polite & efficient. Bathrooms were clean. Hand dryers were operating. Lots of parking.”

“One of my favorite places to get away to! The cozy winery is tucked away from a lot of hustle and bustle. Their White House wine, Holiday Rosé, and Villard Blanc are magical. The owners are very polite and knowledgeable about their wines and always make you feel welcome. You will NOT regret going.”

“We are from the middle of Iowa, so we had no idea what to expect. The bartenders were courteous and timely. The food (cheese curds, pickle fries, and wings) were exquisite and were to die for. Perfect blend of size, sauce, and crunchiness. The regulars at the Red Kingdom were overwhelmingly welcoming to a bunch of mid twenty-year old guys passing through for the night. If anyone wants an unmatched small-town, dive bar experience with excellent company, unbelievable food, and incomparable prices, look no further. You won’t regret it. “I always have fun at this bar. Chastity, Ms Sherry and The Artist Formally Known As Pontoon, Pam are the best. The atmosphere is very welcoming. They treat everyone the same. Jeremiah, the DJ, plays good music and is a good host. The hamburgers are good too. They're also LGBT friendly. Theirs not a lot of bars that welcomes our community. They do. Im appreciative of that. Also, Ms Sherry sings so well!”

“Love coming to Big Mommas! Great sandwiches, quick and delicious breakfasts and good drinks. The staff is also always helpful and friendly. I love the seasonal fall salted caramel apple cider. The Jacqueline is a standard go-to cold sandwich of mine, and the Chicken Chipotle panini is my absolute favorite warm sandwich in all of Springfield. Warm gooey cheese, fresh spinach, chicken and a great Chipotle sauce all in a crunchy panini. For breakfast, my favorite is the breakfast burrito, packed with eggs, sausage, potatoes, cheese, peppers, onions and tomatoes. And delicious salsa. It's a big messy burrito. But so good. You've been warned. I also really like the quiches. Can't go wrong with a quiche. Also a great place to pop-in, read a book, get some work done on your laptop or what have you. 5/5 stars.”

“Absolutely one of the best meals I have had in a while! Great food, cool atmosphere, and a top-notch server in Jameka! Had the DDD Sampler with a side of mac & cheese. So good, every bite! One son had the pulled pork supper, he wiped the plate clean. Other son had the Bourbon Street chicken, and he embarrassed us as he scraped his plate clean, Cannot wait until our next trip to St Louis!”

“Got there right as they opened on the day after Thanksgiving. Greeted promptly, seated with menus and water immediately, knowledgeable and personable server who did great. When the kitchen let her know they were out of fish that my wife ordered (because truck hadn’t arrived yet) she quickly told us and my wife ordered a burger like me. Both burgers were GREAT, steak fries on the side. Great view and I can guarantee we will be back for dinner soon!”
