“After a tough day, Hubs and I decided to take a drive and somehow ended up at one of our favorite places to eat in Cape—Broussard’s. We were seated in our favorite spot upstairs where we could see the river, boats and even a train. Candie was our server and she was just amazing, making great recommendations and keeping our glasses full. The food was perfectly prepared, as it always is, and despite the difficult day, we felt much better after our visit to Broussard’s.”

“Visiting from the OC for a church conference and was treated to this gem. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, but the food was center stage. The charcuterie board, the cornbread, the Not Your Mama's Meatloaf was ridiculously superb, along with the garlic mashed potatoes and the bacon green beans. Slightly jealous that my friends get to eat it whenever they want.. Heck I'd take it from a baby's mouth! Kidding, but it's so good and I'll go back for more.”

“This will now be my new favorite place in the Cape Girardeau area! I ordered the Beef Bourguignon and my goodness it was amazing! Very upscale and everything on their menu seemed to be perfected and our waitress provided some excellent service! Thank you Top of the Marq for providing an amazing experience! The balcony was an amazing view aswell!”

“Okay, the steaks are now $80; however, I have NEVER had such a great steak EVER! You won't even mind paying that price to have such an experience. Service is GREAT! I take ALL my special friends there, and they constantly say that was one of the best experiences they ever had. Go there. You will love it!”

“They have the best pizza ever. My favorite is Chicken Bacon Artichoke. I can't eat Marinara sauce or pepperoni, so this is perfect for me. FINALLY, I can finally eat pizza again.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Visited....2/24/2024Great place. Good service. Amazing food. I've never been there but I will definitely be going back. We didn't have a reservation but they fit us in. Amy was our server. She was very informative and helpful with the drink and food menus. The portions are heartier then you would think. Every bit of the food was amazing. I was not disappointed, I hope you won't be. You should try it out. I know you'll love it too.”

“My husband and I came in and both got the all-you-can-eat crab legs. The owner, Mike, was cooking and oh my goodness was it good!! Great flavor! And the food just kept coming! The shrimp was delicious, as was the crab rangoon! The crab legs weren’t soggy - and that’s a big one for me. Mike’s energy was just so positive and great and made the whole experience even better. My husband and I definitely recommend this place!”

“This is my local bar that I go too over any other bar. It is safe, the staff is amazing and treat you like family, and the food is great! (Ron) the owner is a very giving person and can put a smile on your face with his jokes. (Dina) the bar manager, pays attention and works her butt off. All other employees have been nothing but great. Karaoke night is my favorite, but they have something fun/cool going on most nights! Definitely recommend 100%.They even went out of their way to celebrate Veterans Day when most of the shops downtown did not!”

“We have been there twice now and both times were phenomenal. They are super friendly and the customer service is top notch. They are a bit pricey but for the portion sizes and the quality, it’s well worth it. Super excited to try more items on their menu and I highly recommend Watami!”

“The turkey bacon ranch on a homemade croissant was awesome sandwich ....lots of turkey and bacon ? ?The chicken salad sandwich on a croissant was an great idea too......loved the broccoli salad.Everything I've ever eaten there has been delicious.Only complaint is why aren't they serving breakfast? ??”

“Our Favorite place for Japanese food. Every item we've tried has been delicious. Prices are reasonable considering the portions they serve. Service has always been great. Love the Ambiance...interesting decor without being overdone and restful place to dine. If you want more excitement or fun sit at the hibachi grill.”

“Been looking for a Mexican grocery store all over town. So glad I found Monte Blanco. Great selection of Mexican products, too. I will be back many times to get the ingredients I need! Didn't try to food, but will very soon.”

“There are several things about this restaurant that make it worth visiting. Number one is the service. We experienced excellent service. The food was also excellent. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and all other foods we ordered were delicious, well prepared, well presented and at the correct temperature. It was definitely priced high but I feel lime it was fair. The ambiance was really nice as well. I will definitely be back.”

“This last visit wasn't my first, and the food has been amazing every time, but this trip unveiled a bit of a flaw that is something to note. We were having a small family gathering of 6 people, and unfortunately there was only one place that would sit that many, and it was taken, so we had to wait about an hour and a half to get a table. I still highly recommend this as a place to eat, but if you have a large group it would be a good idea to plan accordingly for the high likelihood of a long wait.”

“This restaurant was great! The food was amazing...you have to try the potato skins!! We ordered the Rueben and pulled pork sandwiches. Both meals were great. Colby was our waiter and he was amazing! He kept us updated with the status of our food and kept our drinks cold and full. Colby kept checking on us to see if we needed anything-he's the epitome of what customer service should look like.”

“Saturday night, I went in with a few friends and it was amazing!!!! The food was great, and everything was done in a timely manner. Our server Abigale was just a doll. She recommended the entrees we got and they did not disappoint. We will definitely be coming back.”
