Even if you are getting take-out, it is quicker to go inside to get it.“

If something happens on the app when I order she always corrects it and makes it right. “Kentucky Fried Chicken is one of the only restaurants that I go out of their way to make sure the needs of their customers are met and exceeded. It’s nice to be treated with kindness and patience when in o e of the locations here in Southern Illinois . Making sure each Customer is Comfortable and it’s like the staff know 90% or more of their customers by name . That says something about the quality and care of the brand as a whole . This is customer service at its finest .“

“We were super excited to try Freddy's and drove over an hour to eat. It was well worth the drive and will do it again. We had the dirty balls as an appetizer and these were different and super yummy. I had the Mac Daddy, my husband had the Italian Stallion, and the kids had grilled cheese and fries. Our waiter Brendan was nothing short of perfect. He was attentive, super friendly, and was on top of making sure everything was delicious. The burgers were fat and juicy and had a real wholesome taste. We topped off the dinner with a s'mores shake which just the looks of it made my kids squeal. Very sweet and chocolaty with a taste of cinnamon this shake did not disappoint.
