“Yummy buffet in Cape is the over all best Chinese (asian) restaurants in Southeast Missouri. My favorite frog legs and craw fish. I'm sure they hate when I eat there as I get my money worth from both. The staff are very friendly each and every time I eat there. Yummy Buffet is the only Chinese (asian) restaurants I will eat in the Cape area.“

“I have eaten at the Cape Girardeau Panda Express 3 times in the past month. The Cape Girardeau Panda Express opened about a year ago. I had not eaten there before because a friend of mine dined there shortly after they opened and did not feel there was great food quality. I enjoyed the food I ordered, which was the 2 entree plus a side in Kung Pao chicken, beef broccoli and my side was mixed vegetables. I enjoyed the food and especially the mixed veggies, but the portion size for the entrees is very small in comparison to all Panda Express locations I have visited. The veggie portion was generous. They have healthier choices designated with calorie count posted. I did enjoy the food and will return.“

“This is 'the' NY Style chinese take-out spot in Cape Girardeau.
Located in Central Cape-Girardeau, this unassuming spot delivers -consistency-.
The ingredients are fresh. The bell peppers, carrots, and green beans are all bright in color.
The kitchen is quick (around 10 minutes for a to-go order for two)
The vegetables are always cooked al-dente and kept crisp, not cooked into oblivion.
We've had
Beef and Broccoli, Spicy Beef, Szechuan Chicken, Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken, and Dumpling Soup.
We've been to every Chinese take-out spot in Cape Girardeau, this one for me is the most consistent and closest to what you'll expect for NY style takeout.
The atmosphere is typical Chinese NY Take-out spot. Frenetic Pace, open concept with a fully visible kitchen and a dated overhead 'backlit' paper menu.

“Not much on chinese food myself but since going to the Palace it's been a good change from my normal pace of places to eat. We eat there often after church on sunday for their lunch buffet. Only complaint would be the changing of the price recently.. It was buffet for 8.99 and it included a drink..its changed to 8.99 and 1.50 for a drink. Not a huge change since most places think a drink is is pure gold and charge upto twice that.“

“Sooooooo good! Just moved back to Cape and have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant. This place is now my place! We got the pepper chicken, veg fried rice, beef and noodles, egg rolls and cheese wontons. All VERY good!“
