“We stopped by just passing through. The guys was amazing but the guy i dealt with had zero customer service skills. He initially tried to charge me 40 something dollars for a meal just for me plus a few small sides. When i tried to explain, he had a horrible attitude. I still paid 20 something for one meal plus 2 egg rolls and a chicken on a stick. But the food was absolutely great.“
“Service was top notch from the greeting when we walked in, through the ordering and finishing with the ring up. Food was hot and plentiful. I had the Orange chicken, fried rice, and the Sweet Fire chicken. Both were tender and tasty. Susan ordered the Orange chicken and fried rice as well. She cleaned her plate withe gusto. “Don’t let the outside scare you off! We’ve lived in Herrin for several months, and kept eyeing this place going by… it’s a little drab on the outside, for sure. However, inside awaits great food in a clean environment. Small portions were constantly being put on the Buffett. The food was quality and well made. Crab Rangoon were crispy and had tasty filling; egg rolls were a little small but were crispy with fresh and crispy veggies inside. The fried rice had real egg and veggies. Personal favorite was the peanut chicken. OHHH almost forgot the Hot and Sour Soup. It was AMAZING! For two of us with soft drinks was like 32 bucks. Great value. We were there around 630 on a Friday. If you’re local, this Buffett beats the pants off of the new Asian Taste in Marion… will definitely be a new go to spot for us in Herrin.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sure! And the wonton soup, delicious. This place has the authentic Chinese taste we all crave.
