Jennifer in the drive through is phenomenal. She is always positive, upbeat, and makes you feel welcome. If I’m having a bad day, I’ll just go through here and hope that she’s working because she can always pick up your spirit with her positivity. She needs to be a trainer of all the staff.
Did Fazoli's change their breadstick recipe? It's not what I recall. I'll admit a big thrill is to see a staff member walking around with fresh breadsticks, and I get a spare one just so I can clean off my plate. Thank you for the military discount!
