“Management has changed. And I just hope that they keep the place as clean, as it was kept. A few years ago, I had "not great" experiences there. The previous manager was strict about cleanliness and better customer service. I never really like a food business, that's only operated by kids (pretty much just teenagers). You walk in, and hear gossip about the people who walked out ahead of you.Just keep the place clean, mature, and fresh and everything will remain good! ????Features: You may sit outside on a bench, the curb, or in just casually sitting in your own vehicle. There are glass dividers between the customer and the fresh food. I ALWAYS reccomend carrying hand sanitizer with you, because everything from door handles, buttons, switches, ect, ECT; is public domain. Billions of people don't take that factor into consideration. Covid is getting to be past event, but it'll never be gone, like the flu, and every other virus. They use gloves when handling your food, but remember to wash your own hands before EVER eating any food. There's enough vaccines, medications, soap, and hand sanitizers to ALMOST eliminate most viruses. But people have to be aware, and be responsible for themselves. The person is clean, but the public is disgusting. Just something to consider when you eat any food, or even handle your child's food.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables and options for gluten free, and vegan diets.Kid-friendliness: Children should always be attended by a responsible adult, but YES there are menu items for children. It is located next to the Public Library, and a child could manage without an adult like one may do in the Library. But myself, I prefer and suggest that a "kid" always be accompanied by a responsible adult. This Subway restaurant would be as safe as the Library, but still; there's a lot of traffic and surrounding areas that are not ideal for a kid/child to be there unattended.Parking: Plenty of parking, as the restaurant is next to a public library, doctor's office, convenience store, and a [vacant] grocery store.Wheelchair accessibility: Like a lot of businesses, they don't have automatic doors, but do have wide areas, and arrangable seating options.Dietary restrictions: Like most restaurants, accommodations can be made to suit any dietary restriction. Of course, it's up to the customer to abide by, communicate, and make the right choices for themselves.“
“Piss poor attitudes from the employees. Always have problems at this place. Don't leave the parking lot without checking your orders because it's always wrong and they will not make it right if you need to come back.UPDATE: Drury must have stepped in because the attitudes of the employees is now excellent. If you like burger king food then you'll love this one. The food is typical burger king food. Nothing wrong with it. I just prefer something other than fast food.“
“We were super excited to try Freddy's and drove over an hour to eat. It was well worth the drive and will do it again. We had the dirty balls as an appetizer and these were different and super yummy. I had the Mac Daddy, my husband had the Italian Stallion, and the kids had grilled cheese and fries. Our waiter Brendan was nothing short of perfect. He was attentive, super friendly, and was on top of making sure everything was delicious. The burgers were fat and juicy and had a real wholesome taste. We topped off the dinner with a s'mores shake which just the looks of it made my kids squeal. Very sweet and chocolaty with a taste of cinnamon this shake did not disappoint. We are so glad we visited and hope to again soon.Parking: We parked a block away in a public parking lot.Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoyed this place. Very laid back atmosphere and good kids menu.“
“Went in last week after ordering at the drive thru , my order was wrong so I went in to order ( I got shrimp) got back to my car to find my 10 piece a 7 piece and my fry a small when I got a large. I called and an employee was rude and hung up. Good food , not good service.“
“Super excited to take my kid here, who has never been to one. Food is great, it's super affordable, inexpensive and the ladies who are working here are so friendly regardless of the fact there is only two of them and this place is busy.“
“Jennifer in the drive through is phenomenal. She is always positive, upbeat, and makes you feel welcome. If I’m having a bad day, I’ll just go through here and hope that she’s working because she can always pick up your spirit with her positivity. She needs to be a trainer of all the staff.“
“Almost always a good experience going here. The only thing I would knock. They should've expanded the building too. Not just the parking lot. ?Dietary restrictions: I do not eat red meat. They have a lot of different chicken options. I would like to see more seafood options.Parking: Tons of parking after the expansion of the lot. Need a bigger building to accommodate.Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly. They sometimes have little events for the kids.“
“Thank You Tiffany !!! My hubby & I have been very pleased with every sub bought at this location. They have all been very flavorful and well perportioned with meat, cheese & sauces. Place is very clean, and all staff/employees have been super nice !!! I would highly recommend stopping in and trying any of their delicious sub's ? You won't regret it.I would also like to Thank a young lady named Tiffany, for always greeting her customers with a smile. Im handicapped w/cane and she always walks me to my car carrying my bag for me. You just can't beat employee's like her & coworkers with such kind & caring hearts !!!Parking: 30 spots at least of free parking in front & at least a few handicap parking spots close to the door.Kid-friendliness: All employes have been extremely welcoming, no matter what age group we have brought. Seating & tables are very accommodating and the atmosphere is enjoyable when dining in.“
“Kentucky Fried Chicken is one of the only restaurants that I go out of their way to make sure the needs of their customers are met and exceeded. It’s nice to be treated with kindness and patience when in o e of the locations here in Southern Illinois . Making sure each Customer is Comfortable and it’s like the staff know 90% or more of their customers by name . That says something about the quality and care of the brand as a whole . This is customer service at its finest .“
“Fast friendly service in fact a couple sandwich artists are so dedicated to customer service they can start preparing my order when they see me walk through the door. Very polite and respectful mannerisms. Always relieve service with a smile which is a very rare thing is the fast food industry anymore. 30+ yrs ago when I was in fast-food the first and last rule of the job was always smile when you were interacting with the customer. Subway in Benton Mo. has brought the smile back to the consumerVegetarian options: From salads to veggie subs they have it“
“Pretty good food and seemed fairly healthy. It's kinda like a subway where you build your own bowl meal. Taste good and was a perfect size lunch.Vegetarian options: They served lots of food that my food eats ?Dietary restrictions: Very healthy choice for a mealParking: Not difficult to parkKid-friendliness: They have kids menuWheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible“
“Food was hot upon delivery, driver was fast and efficient and very friendly. Atmosphere of staff very friendly. Great taste to pizza, cheese sticks nice and cheesy. 10/10 for small town pizza options only being a corporate chain. Will order again and again. Driver Michaela was so friendly.“
