“I used to work at Culvers and we never disappointed in serving with a smile and helping good paying customers with their orders and complaints. Yes, there were issues every once and a while but what restaurant doesn't. I've eaten there several different times while off the clock or just on one of my off days and my food was always hot and never came out wrong, it's not special treatment, it's good service and being caring and compassionate about one another. <3“

“My husband and I are from north of Chicago and since we moved down here we’ve struggled with finding food that could even come close to what we would eat back home, and they nailed it. Their food makes us feel like we’re right at home and is so comforting. Best Chicago dog in Carbondale hands down!“

“Nice atmosphere, quiet, smells great, nice looking pizza!!!!! I never tried it yet, only doing food pickups and went there for that for others!

Vegetarian options: I saw Veggie pizzas, never tried them before though.

Parking: If there is a movie crowd next door parking is less easy to find close by.

Kid-friendliness: Quietness, I assume kids are welcome there!

Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a nearby ram.“

“The handsome man with the beard, Paul I believe his name was. Were super kind to me throughout the entire process of taking my order, checking me out and handling my food. even when my order was wrong he promptly had it remade. He made me feel special and not just another customer. Even my daughter took note of it. I hope to see him every time I order from this location! Very satisfied! 😁“

“Great food, salty French fries, and crispy chicken. So good. The only downside to this Chick-fil-a is that it is super busy. The cashiers warned me that it is busy and there is no seats left. Luckily, a person gave up their seat cause they were finished. They served the food very fast compared to the part they were very busy. I greatly understand it being busy because it seems to be pretty new, plus Chick-fil-as are just always busy. Lastly, there isn’t much Chick-fil-as in Illinois. I understand though if you got bad service, but be kind. It WAs VeRY BuSy.“

“There is a guy at the window, his names Dusty I think and he’s fantastic and definitely deserves a raise lol. Every time I go to this McDonald’s he’s there and he’s always so friendly. He knows how to talk to customers. We pulled up and made a joke and he made one back and we ended up buying an ice cream cone we didn’t even come to get because he sold us on it 😂😂. Definitely recommend this location solely because of him!“
