“The food comes out very fast. Their garlic toast is awesome, and the chicken is good. Dipping sauce is good, could use a few options for people who prefer BBQ, Honey Mustard, or the likes. Not that they need 20 sauces, just a few tried and true for people who prefer it. Honestly the chicken here is good enough plain, that I use the dipping sauce for my fries.“

“I’ve heard many tales about Long John Silver’s, or LJS as it’s known by regulars. I went in expecting anything, especially after all the unsavory anecdotal reports I heard about the franchise. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with the most elaborate theming I have ever seen in a major fast food chain. It felt as if I was transported to some quaint seaside Nantucket town. I was truly impressed by the staff and their level of service demonstrated during my visit. The cashier was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu. And when payment problems persisted at the register, she spared no time to try alternatives.

And now the moment you’ve probably been waiting for: How is the food? I’d be lying if I said it was good. On my life, after one bite of their famous fried fish I fell unconscious for approximately 4 and a half seconds. No, not because of food poisoning. Because this is hands down, no kizzy no cap, the best fried fish I’ve ever had in my life. I know, you think I’m being dramatic. But trust me with everything that you love, LJS is on something different.

For the price you pay and the food you get there is no better deal in Marion, dare I say America. You will leave with a full wallet and an even fuller belly. Fellas, you’re gonna want to tap into this.“

“10 star for service and a kind soul**********. Today I went to this DQ to make an order that broke my heart. That being a pup cup but with added fudge. That sounds odd to most as it did for the drive thru worker. I believe she may have reached out to the manager and as I repeated the order, he said a child’s ice cream would be more for your money.. all I had to say was, it’s for my old pups last treat. Without hesitation or anymore questions, he said “I got you”, “I fully understand and have it taken care of”, needless to say, I start crying because I knew that he knew the heartbreak I was going through. He spoke such kind understanding words when I pulled up and even got my little Luckia a small serving of just fudge that she could lap up. I sadly didn’t catch his name but I wanted to reach out and tell him Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my hard decisions a little less heartbreaking. “Thank you Charles! Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza and I order there 1st choice when we order pizza. Three weeks ago, I tried using my app 45 minutes away from home so we could just pick it up and go home. After several attempts to order and getting error messages I called the store to see if they would authorize online specials as online was going through, the lady manager told me absolutely not. As a person in management I thought she is kidding right. So I said you would loose a sale by simply not authorizing an online special and she said yes. So we went else where. Today I tried using my app again and same thing. I called the store and explained to Charles three weeks ago and today and without hesitation he asked a few questions and authorized their online deal. Thank you so very much Charles, thats what great mangement looks like. Thank you for caring and Pizza Hut should be very proud to have you!“
