Massive but so tasty and great cheese alongside. I barely had room for the wings I ordered but they were incredible too! Like something out of a food blog. Will definitely be back.“

“Of all the McDonald's I've been to, and that's a lot at 62, this location is my favorite. My food is hot, served quickly, or asked to pull forward but not for long. If you don't want to have a wait, I wouldn't go there on the weekends. They are busy and you might have to wait.“

“I’ve heard many tales about Long John Silver’s, or LJS as it’s known by regulars. I went in expecting anything, especially after all the unsavory anecdotal reports I heard about the franchise. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with the most elaborate theming I have ever seen in a major fast food chain. It felt as if I was transported to some quaint seaside Nantucket town. I was truly impressed by the staff and their level of service demonstrated during my visit. The cashier was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu. And when payment problems persisted at the register, she spared no time to try alternatives.

And now the moment you’ve probably been waiting for: How is the food? I’d be lying if I said it was good. On my life, after one bite of their famous fried fish I fell unconscious for approximately 4 and a half seconds. No, not because of food poisoning. Because this is hands down, no kizzy no cap, the best fried fish I’ve ever had in my life. I know, you think I’m being dramatic. But trust me with everything that you love, LJS is on something different.

For the price you pay and the food you get there is no better deal in Marion, dare I say America. You will leave with a full wallet and an even fuller belly. Fellas, you’re gonna want to tap into this.“

“I used to work at Culvers and we never disappointed in serving with a smile and helping good paying customers with their orders and complaints. Yes, there were issues every once and a while but what restaurant doesn't. “Food has always been good in my experience. Can’t take partial payments though which is super inconvenient and very easy to do on most POS systems so either the girl didn’t know how and should be trained or they need some serious updates on the POS system. I have acquired so many gift cards throughout the years and every time I go to use them, the reader or whatever is apparently broken. So like just making money off of gift cards and then not being able to redeem them is kinda wild. Wait is far too long. Team member tonight was super friendly though!!“

“This Wendy's location has been consistently a wonderful experience for me personally. I was surprised to see negative reviews, but I think it goes to show, people are more likely to complain about something that went wrong, rather than compliment and give credit when things went right, especially for something as mundane as fast food. But every time I have been here the food was perfect and the workers were very pleasant! I wonder if the negative reviews just catch them at a bad time.

“I ordered online to pick up in store. The store was clean and atmosphere good. My sandwiches tasted really good but some things were not done right. Ordered double steak but ended up with a tiny sandwich I mean less than a regular steak sandwich. It did seem like they were shorthanded so I didnt complain . Can't give above 3 stars for that reason on service. I do want to mention the one worker that was there an older lady was working very hard with a line out the door im sure if she had help my sandwiches would have been correct.“

“I pulled into drive thru, was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute on a cheeseburger wait because they make everything fresh and there was already one car ahead of me. I said that would be fine and she seemed annoyed. I pulled ahead to wait after paying, sat for about 9 minutes. No big deal. Took the cheeseburger to my fiance for lunch break and they doused it in ketchup and mustard, threw a ridiculous amount of pickles on it, and got condiments all over the wrapper. Ketchup and mustard literally plopped off the wrapper in clumps. Not pictured: the ketchup and mustard on the top and bottom buns soaked almost all the way through the bun. Seems like they were annoyed I didn't leave rather than wait so they'd show me I guess? Anyways, fiancé didn't get to eat in lunch break and I called back to back 4 times and let the phone ring for over a minute each time. Very poor customer service.“

“I originally put in an order thru the Pizza Hut app and once I received my order and started eating it there was an issue with the pineapple on the pizza. We took it in and spoke with the manager Mark and he was absolutely phenomenal in taking care of our issues. He checked out the issue then made sure to apologize and immediately corrected it by making me brand new food to replace the one that was messed up. He was not only accountable but very professional and happy to correct any issues we had! Will definitely continue ordering from there!“

“There is a guy at the window, his names Dusty I think and he’s fantastic and definitely deserves a raise lol. Every time I go to this McDonald’s he’s there and he’s always so friendly. He knows how to talk to customers. We pulled up and made a joke and he made one back and we ended up buying an ice cream cone we didn’t even come to get because he sold us on it 😂😂. Definitely recommend this location solely because of him!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

You guys are the best, Burger King is one of those places that is really hit or miss depending on your location so I'm glad the one in Carbondale is good.
