The window clerk was rude, acted like I was an annoyance. Will not go back to Herrin Sonic, will go other places
3 of my 4 burgers were dressed wrong,2of my 4 burgers were not fully cooked. They didn't pay attention to my order as being diabetic I ordered a Sprite Zero with sf cherry and got regular cherry flavoring. I live 15 min from the restaurant and it was very upsetting when I got home with my order and half of my family had no sandwich to eat. Impressed! I don't come to sonic often but it was convenient so I thought I'd give it a shot. Hanna took my order promptly and was super friendly. Food was great!

The Carbondale, IL location has hit-and-miss service due to recurring issues with broken screens at the drive-thru. Unless these problems are addressed, customers may take their business elsewhere.
