“It’s a good, standard diner. Portions and prices are reasonable. Food is good. Coffee is standard diner coffee so don’t get your hopes up. Not very strong and doesn’t taste that great, but that’s what you get at a diner. Everything else was pretty good!“

“We pulled up and a young man came to our vehicle to take our order. He brought us a menu. Took our order and brought it out. He was very nice. We haven't eaten here in years, we had moved away. I would definitely recommend trying this place. They only except cash but have an atm inside, husband did have to go in to pay as we didn't have cash so he had to use atm.“

“first time I ever ate there was this pass Saturday first off the cook qas eating while preparing food they serve us our food on paper plates for 6 people we ordered burgers and fries came up to 73 dollars! they have a lifting weight holding the freezer door down shut they did not wear gloves he was grabbing meat with his bare hands and then making other food the hour we was there I did not see him wash his hands! 1st and last time ever going there don't recommend“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“I recently visited the Applebee's in Marion, Illinois, and wanted to recognize an employee named Tom, who I believe works in the back of the restaurant. When I asked our waitress about him, she mentioned that he was the manager.

Tom went above and beyond during our visit. Not only did he personally bring our food out to our table both times when our waitress was busy, but he also took the time to greet us, check on how our meals were, and make sure we were having a good experience.

His friendly attitude, genuine kindness, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. It's always refreshing to see someone who clearly cares about both the customers and the team around him. Tom helped make our visit enjoyable, and I wanted to make sure his excellent customer service was recognized.

Can’t take partial payments though which is super inconvenient and very easy to do on most POS systems so either the girl didn’t know how and should be trained or they need some serious updates on the POS system. I have acquired so many gift cards throughout the years and every time I go to use them, the reader or whatever is apparently broken. “I pulled into drive thru, was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute on a cheeseburger wait because they make everything fresh and there was already one car ahead of me. I said that would be fine and she seemed annoyed. I pulled ahead to wait after paying, sat for about 9 minutes. No big deal. Took the cheeseburger to my fiance for lunch break and they doused it in ketchup and mustard, threw a ridiculous amount of pickles on it, and got condiments all over the wrapper. Ketchup and mustard literally plopped off the wrapper in clumps. Not pictured: the ketchup and mustard on the top and bottom buns soaked almost all the way through the bun. Seems like they were annoyed I didn't leave rather than wait so they'd show me I guess? Anyways, fiancé didn't get to eat in lunch break and I called back to back 4 times and let the phone ring for over a minute each time. Very poor customer service.“

“There is a guy at the window, his names Dusty I think and he’s fantastic and definitely deserves a raise lol. Every time I go to this McDonald’s he’s there and he’s always so friendly. He knows how to talk to customers. We pulled up and made a joke and he made one back and we ended up buying an ice cream cone we didn’t even come to get because he sold us on it 😂😂. Definitely recommend this location solely because of him!“
