“First off I'd like to say the service was amazing. 2 guys were holding down the swarm of customers in line they were cooking handing out food and answering the phone. I watched them hand out at least 15 meals in a short manner of time. My expectations were 100000% met when I got this burger it was juicy but crunchy and every ingredient was fresh. Especially being from Chicago it's hard to find good quality food around here. This is my new favorite restaurant in Carbondale.“

The atmosphere inside is nice and quiet, too, if you ever need a minute to just chill out somewhere in between errands or something.Both drive thru lanes are generally open.If you want to get out quicker, turn left when exiting and go behind Huck's to exit onto Pleasant Hill so you do not have to cross onto Route 51 Traffic (unless you are southbound).Parking: Plenty of parking on the North Side of the lot and there is also parking for curbside pickup too. If you want to eat in your car, there is parking behind the restaurant on the lil' road in the back as well.“
“First food is always good! But at every BK when I go to order the 2 for $5 whopper jr I get interrupted every time. Why? I always start off with saying "I want to 2 for $5 whopper jr's" and before I can even say which ones I want I get interrupted or like today when I started to say which ones I got interrupted because I didn't say jr after whopper when I specifically said 2 for $5 at the beginning. Very frustrating. Let customers order and then ask questions.“
“One of the better McDonald's. I finally downloaded the app and I had a good deal saved like 4 bucks. Apparently you have to have a card to order on the app you can't just go and pay for it there. Manager was real nice and gave the promo anyway!!! Really clean, nice change!“
“Freddy's never disappoints. The food was nice. I really appreciated the staff's patience & courtesy. We arrived late after a mid-week church service & we never felt hurried or pushed out. We actually apologized because the staff just starting cleaning & never said anything about us being present after closing time. Good customer service has been hard to encounter since Covid. Thanks Freddy's & the manager that night (3/11).P.S. The Chocolate Brownie Delight should come with a warning label. 'Might result in chocolate overdose'.“
