The food is so good, they could fill the place if it had twice the seating!
The burgers are traditional smash burgers done to perfection and there specialty fry boxes are absolutely delicious and filling!!

“I used to work at Culvers and we never disappointed in serving with a smile and helping good paying customers with their orders and complaints. Yes, there were issues every once and a while but what restaurant doesn't. I've eaten there several different times while off the clock or just on one of my off days and my food was always hot and never came out wrong, it's not special treatment, it's good service and being caring and compassionate about one another. <3“

“Found an onion ring in my French fries! I love when that happens! Now I'm not saying it was intentional, but if it was thank you. You guys are the best, Burger King is one of those places that is really hit or miss depending on your location so I'm glad the one in Carbondale is good. My fries and burger alway come out hot and fresh.“

Were super kind to me throughout the entire process of taking my order, checking me out and handling my food. even when my order was wrong he promptly had it remade. “There is a guy at the window, his names Dusty I think and he’s fantastic and definitely deserves a raise lol. Every time I go to this McDonald’s he’s there and he’s always so friendly. He knows how to talk to customers. We pulled up and made a joke and he made one back and we ended up buying an ice cream cone we didn’t even come to get because he sold us on it 😂😂. Definitely recommend this location solely because of him!“

“I just had the most horrible Sonic experience of my life! I used the app to order like I usually do and my food is always ready within a few minutes after my assigned time. Today is my daughter's birthday and I had some people wanting food from Sonic and some people wanting food from another place. I picked up the other food first because I knew I could order on the Sonic app and it would be ready when I got there. I sure was wrong... I checked in at 4:30 for an order that was supposed to be ready at 4:35. I push the button a couple of times to ask about my order and they told me it was on its way. Finally at 5:10 I was fed up. I pushed the button again to ask about my order and they acted like they wanted me to order all over again and then they just shut the mic off on me??? A few minutes later part of my order came out but not all of it... then they went back and got the rest. unfortunately the other food I got was cold and the sandwich I got from Sonic was cold as well. Don't think I'll be going back there again for a long time if ever... thanks for ruining my daughter's birthday...“

“It’s a good, standard diner. Portions and prices are reasonable. Food is good. Coffee is standard diner coffee so don’t get your hopes up. Not very strong and doesn’t taste that great, but that’s what you get at a diner. Everything else was pretty good!“
