“This is the best DQ I've ever been to. My family of 6 said that we are going to make this our "go-to" fast food restaurant. The food have always been fresh. The employees are extra caring. And the prices are reasonable. I'd recommend any one who's in the area of Jackson MO to stop by and give them a visit.“

“I had prompt service, which was great. The lady taking my order was looked put out. I think she was having a bad day. But, customers want a somewhat pleasant person to take their orders. Food came out hot and fresh. Even the French Fries were hot and tasty! I was the only person in the restaurant at the time. I got here about 3:30 and missed the lunch crowd. But it was still dirty and difficult to find a clean table. I will eat here again despite the minimal negatives.“

I don't live in Jackson, but my man was hungry so there I was in the drive thru, I gave my mobile order number and was given permission to proceed to the first window. I kind of dread the first window cuz it is there that they try to pass you that little piece of paper. I will admit most the time if possible I just don't stop at the first window, I turn and look the other way and roll on by.....but today I stopped. when I do stop I prepare myself for what I will say.......but today was different, a good different, today the very young man opened his window and before I could say it he said those words to me..."did you want your receipt today, maam?" BLESS that boy!!!“

My car has overheated twice in the Drive-Thru waiting to get through it. I think you should have to go inside to order crave cases or crave crates or call ahead.“

“Ive never had issues till the first time I ordered breakfast at this location. I ordered, payed, and got home and when I checked the bag they had a completely wrong order. Wrong sandwich, missing items, and I had already payed for my order (which cost a lot more than what I was given). You guys can do better than this. I don't have time to go back and return it so I'm stuck with lost money and the wrong food. First time ive been disappointed with this location which is why I won't give them a one star.

Update: I called the location and was told to come in and speak to a manager. I went in and was given my correct order with with no fuss and apologies. Manager wanted to offer me a free meal coupon but was out which is OK, I'm happy with just getting the food I payed for. Thank you, guys.“

Server never came to table after food served to refresh drinks or to check on additional needs. Bowls / cups of soup continue to get smaller and smaller...not even a regular cup. Food was ok. “There was a mix up n orders and the lady n front of me had been charged for mine. Instead of having it refunded to her, she told the cashier to tell me pay it forward. She came at a time that I needed the help I got. I was scrounging n the car for change to pay for what I had ordered. “this hardee's never fails me! the team members are always friendly and work efficiently, my order never takes longer than ten minutes to be ready. as another review mentioned, the customer service is always top-notch despite a multitude of karens in the drive-thru. i frequent this location and have a "weird" order as i'm gluten free. they have never accidentally put a bun (as many other restaurants do) and i never suffer cross-contamination symptoms. the food is always hot and the meat quality is good. thank you!
