Had an issue. They fixed it and were very pleasant about. Will be back. Suck it Sonic..
We got inside 15 mins before they closed the dining room. We were never rushed and were only met with good vibes. Given our work schedule and the size of our trucks we can't hit the drive thru. So it was nice that we didn't get bad service based on when we arrived.
Food is always excellent, and 90% of the time the service through the drive through is spot on. Best fast food place in Jackson by far.

Burger King offers affordable prices with deals and coupons available. The restaurant serves a variety of meals, including the Croissan'wich with double eggs and cheese, and 8pc. Chicken Nuggets & large fries for a reasonable price. Fries are hot and fresh. The staff is friendly, with some managers, like the night shift manager Dustin, providing great service. However, some customers have had mixed experiences with order accuracy and service speed, but the management is apologetic and provides compensation when needed. Overall, the food is considered the best fast food in Jackson.
