I’ve waited the one in Carbondale a few times now and I have reviewed the one in Marion as well. I give carbondale‘s IHOP five stars for quick service nice quantities of food temperature of the food and taste. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.
Service was simply outstanding! Our server Arielle was top notch. When we arrived, she immediately let us know that she was new and just started working there. Although she was the only person working the floor that day, she went above and beyond and really impressed us. She was attentive, thorough, knew the menu offerings inside and out, and made sure all our needs were met in a timely manner with a "genuine" friendly cheerful personality!
