The Farmacy was a great stop in Cape Girardeau. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I had the breakfast skillet and breakfast burrito, and both were excellent. The skillet was loaded with cooked eggs, potatoes, tender meat, fresh greens, and a flavorful sauce that brought everything together. The breakfast burrito was as good—packed full, hearty, and satisfying without feeling overly heavy. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were generous.
