In this deceiving age of toxins manufactured into our foods, Spanish Street Farmacy is truly a taste of fresh & pure! Not only do they have delicious food, they also offer fresh organically grown seasonal produce, meat, eggs, herbs& spices. A must stop that will become a weekly stop once you’ve experienced it!Vegetarian options: They are very accommodating regarding any dietary needs. Meat and cheeses are easily removed form many dishes. Their veggie burger is delicious!

Great interior and fun place and I like that you can buy farm produce as well but prices are very high for Missouri and the portions are very small. Also I don’t think it was very good food, all of us had stomach issues after we ate. Drinks were nice but I will not be coming back. Burger was tiny with nothing on top, potatoes were hard and the flower cake was terrible. Grilled chicken salad was the only tasty and reasonable thing on the menu. I would say for the quality prices need to go down at least 30% as well considering the long wait times . It was almost 34 min for 3 items. The bread I got from the bakery was raw inside.

First time at the Farmacy and we loved it. Everything was fresh and delicious. Kevin‘s burger was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. My Indian lunch was delicious and nutritious. We will definitely be back. Oh, and the lady taking our order was extremely helpful and patient. Hats off to their local farm to table ethics! I wish more restaurants would follow their lead.

The bread and meats are awesome.Vegetarian options: Veggie omelet or burger!Kid-friendliness: Kids items to play with while waiting.Parking: Parking in front of the building.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options and can modify their items to accommodate.

I love Spanish Street Farmacy! The meals are delicious with many choices! The atmosphere is charming, making it a popular eatery in Downtown Cape! I especially like their varied selections of organic produce and grass fed meats in the grocery section. For me, the best part is knowing I have quality food, whether I dine in or buy groceries to take home.

I love my weekly visits to the Farmacy! W everyone is helpful and kind. Whether I’m picking up a victory box they have prepared for me, adding on to it or shopping for myself I get the majority of what I need and know the food is local and fresh. My new favorite is the adaptogenic cocoa! Yum!

We love eating here. High quality food at reasonable prices. My kid loves their ice cream and baked goods as well as their blue plate pork chop dinner. We are regulars. Best vanilla latte you will ever have, don’t try it unless you want to be addicted.

The vibe in this place… from the antique piano and “PHARMACIE FRANCAISE” sign, to the tiles, to the jars of fresh herbs and roots, is pure magic. Try the elderberry health tonic, you won’t regret it.

Fresh, delicious, homemade food! I haven't had a bad thing here. My favorites are the black bean burger and the egg salad sandwich. The fresh produce for sale next door is fantastic also!

delightful service and always kind staff, totally recommend it as a calm place for an early lunch or a nice dessert! there dessert can change but ice cream and some kind of cake or pie is always a bet. the menu has a good variety of beef choices and a few good chicken, and pork choices. you can also get some grocers if you want to look at the stuff to the side as well as a variety of trinketsWheelchair accessibility: downtown is rather good with wheel chair accessibility however depending on where you go up to the sidewalk you could end up going over a small curb. inside may be a tough fit depending on where your going in from.the bathroom in there is no bars if i remember correctly from my trips there. there is an upstairs however that is just full of trinkets and such, so if your just shopping for food it should all be good, downtown also has a lot of hills so if your going from one of the larger public parking spots it may be a bit of a trek if its chilly or very hot.

I took my girlfriend and her brother. People were really nice and we enjoyed sitting in the old style place. We all had something different. But nothing to complain about .They made my girl a cold coffee she'd never had She loved it

Such a neat place. Loved all the natural items available in store and the cafe side. I picked up some organic items. I had the golden latte. It was so good! My new favorite coffee. It gave me a feeling of wellbeing after I drank it. It was very comforting. I also had the biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was very hearty (in a good way) and the gravy was very nice.

I don’t get the hype. Went in for breakfast and the only thing that was good was my husbands latte but when I ordered one, it was just steamed milk. The waffle was whole grain and the chicken grilled. Homemade ketchup is vinegar. Potatoes never met salt. I ordered a root beer and it was light brown and see through. Not good. Also, breakfast was $50 total. Too expensive.
