Today was my first visit to Panda Express in Mayfield, KY. I like Chinese food, even when it is Americanized beyond recognition. I have dined at every Chinese restaurant in the surrounding area, and the food is always mediocre to really, really bad. Stopped in here late at night and all they had left was some stale food under the lights. Employees were great and cooked our whole meal fresh. Great food, great employees right off the interstate and easy to access.

After not eating for almost a day and a half, this food was awesome. The servers were on the ball and had my order in no time. I had never eaten at a Panda Express before. It was very good.
