After not eating for almost a day and a half, this food was awesome. The servers were on the ball and had my order in no time. I had never eaten at a Panda Express before. It was very good.

Food is good when they actually have it, 3/4 of the they are either out of half of their money or out of silverware. Last 5 times I’ve been through the drive through I didn’t order anything because they were out of it. Management sucks.

Today was my first visit to Panda Express in Mayfield, KY. I like Chinese food, even when it is Americanized beyond recognition. I have dined at every Chinese restaurant in the surrounding area, and the food is always mediocre to really, really bad. I had to be in Mayfield today, so I decided to try Panda Express for a late lunch. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was assaulted with wonderful aromas! Panda Express is a very comfortable, unpretentious restaurant, and they have a buffet that is absolutely huge. The variety was amazing, and well balanced with selections that complimented each other. I sampled the pepper steak (the best I've had outside of New York or San Francisco), honey chicken, general Tso's chicken, pepper chicken, awesome egg rolls and spring rolls, and traditional crab Rangoon that is perfect. I was at the restaurant for approximately 1 hour, after the lunch rush, and one of the cooks checked the buffet ever 10 or 15 minutes to insure freshness and restock. The staff was courteous, cordial, and friendly. I'll be visiting Panda Express often.

We just ordered 2 bigger plates. My husband just found a long hair in his rice. My order had 3 entries the same. Omg. Not impressed with this Panda Express in Cape.

Stopped in here late at night and all they had left was some stale food under the lights. Employees were great and cooked our whole meal fresh. Great food, great employees right off the interstate and easy to access.

Not horrible but regular Chinese is better and cheaper and some plates are one price but then up charge you for certain things so make sure ask or they might tell you. Two people was over $20 which imo is high for what we got.

Ok food and Ok service nothing special here and often times the portions are small. Can't refill your sodas this semester even though you have been able to before. They don't have white rice half of the time and run out of food before they make more.
Do not bother ordering the chow mein, over half of it is just cabbage so they can save money. Unfortunately I eat it every other day because it is one of the better places on campus. This is never a problem when I eat at other panda expresses.

My favorite experience is seeing zach(white guy in the black shirt, most likely and wearing glasses) behind the counter grinding as hard as he can everyday. Food is very poorly made, chow mein can be rough but you gotta stick it out cause zach is out here trying his best and that means you can too with finishing your meal that he grinds so hard for you too eat.

I went here on my lunch break during my classes because I usually love panda, but not this one. First off it took forever to get the food out now I understand there is a bunch of college students trying to get food but don't wait until you run out of something to cook it when you see that you are getting low on something start to cook it that will make it easier on the staff and students. We had to wait around 20 minutes for noodles and something else my friend had to leave because it was taking so long and they didn't want to be late to their class. The staff was rude to the two girls were serving us were okay, but the old lady at the end who we paid was rude to us and was mumbling stuff under her breath and when we asked what she said she got an attitude with us and repeated her self. Also I went back up there to get a refill on our drink and the soda station isn't behind the counter it's off to the side and at a majority of fast food places drinks are refillable I didn't know here they weren't, so the old lady starts yelling at me telling me there are no refills and if I wanted a drink I would have to go back through the line a buy another cup. Overall the staff was terrible and need to work on their customer service and multitasking
