Loved this place, it’s great for lunch! I got the spicy chicken panini and the veggies were so fresh and crispy. And it was actually spicy! Usually chains are scared to add spice. My friend got the avocado turkey panini and loved it, she also loved the green tea. My sister got the teriyaki bowl and really liked it too. Would totally eat here again!
UPDATE: Changing my rating to reflect how impressed I am that James, the director of operations, personally called me to inquire about my experience. He assured me that my feedback regarding quality was highly regarded and committed to fixing some of those issues in the future (juices were not properly mixed, containers not full, consistency and flavor poor). We had a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious. The service was absolutely perfect. In fact, I might even say she went above and beyond her duty. She was kind enough to explain things to us, because we were new, and even help me figure out a drink option that wasn’t something they typically made. I definitely will be returning.
