Failed to bring one of the items included with my meal. The waitress notified the kitchen & I was finished with the rest of my meal before the missing item was brought to the table. I was eating as slow as possible but had I waited my entire breakfast would have been cold. Next time I'll send it all back to the kitchen so all food will be brought to the table warm. Usually an efficient restaurant so keep that on mind
I went to this location on April 8th, Eclipse Day, and the place was obviously packed. There was a 45 min wait but they were efficiently taking care of customers. Even as crowded as it was service was very fast and friendly. Only complaint was the waitperson took the order for what I wanted for breakfast but instead of converting it to a "packaged" menu item they charged Ala-cart for each item. We are so appreciative of this location letting us stay the night in our rv. We had problems with our truck and they were so “hospitable “! Entire staff was awesome! Food was awesome! Kathy who was working the counter was very friendly, gracious and helpful. We appreciate this Cracker Barrel staff!!
