Worst Cracker Barrel.I've ever been to worst Cracker Barrel.I've ever been to the wait.The waiting, the people waiting to know when you're gonna just nasty and it's a terrible place.That they tried to help the people leaving they had people leaving they couldn't walk at all.And then you can try to help them carry their food.So it's the worst Cracker Barrel.I've ever been to and i've been to a lot of them

Failed to bring one of the items included with my meal. The waitress notified the kitchen & I was finished with the rest of my meal before the missing item was brought to the table. I was eating as slow as possible but had I waited my entire breakfast would have been cold. Next time I'll send it all back to the kitchen so all food will be brought to the table warm. Usually an efficient restaurant so keep that on mind

I went to this location on April 8th, Eclipse Day, and the place was obviously packed. There was a 45 min wait but they were efficiently taking care of customers. Even as crowded as it was service was very fast and friendly. Only complaint was the waitperson took the order for what I wanted for breakfast but instead of converting it to a "packaged" menu item they charged Ala-cart for each item. The total was close to $18 which was at least $5 higher than a menu item. My fault, I should have made myself clear. Buyer beware.

Normally my eating experience would be beyond 5 stars but my last visit was different. For one, my husband's steak was practically raw. When we sent it back we were told the cook mixed up the steaks. Secondly, I ordered what I thought was regular Mac n Cheese instead of the premium one with bacon but I was served the one with bacon and I'm a non pork eater. The waitress gladly took it off the bill. Lastly, as an experienced restaurant worker, I was always tought that the customers cup especially on free refills should never be empty. Our waitress was friendly and professional but it took her awhile to come check on us which means it took longer to inform her about our problems and to get them resolved. In the end everything was taken care of and we will return. Hopefully that was just an off day.

Food was great, service however was extremely lacking. Waitress spilled a glass of peach ice tea all over table, floor and my husband. While I know accidents happen and normally we would have brushed it off as such, never heard an apology or any concern about the broken glass or the fact my husband had just gotten drenched, just a statement that she hadn't done that in awhile. She never even refilled or checked on our table after that. Hate to complain but an apology or show of concern goes a long way.
