“Hands down my family's favorite Mexican food around!!! I work in Cape Girardeau but live in between sikeston and Benton. The cheesesteak tacos never ever disappoint. So much food. So reasonably priced!!!! The service is good. Very friendly. And it's a small quaint location. I hope they never move and stay small. Also having a drive through is bonus points on lazy nights!!! The salsa is fresh and the chips are always warm.”

“Just cutting through town and ran into this restaurant decided to give it a shot. What a great hidden gem if you’re not from that area. I walked in, sat down at the bar for lunch. The bartender Abby was very professional, and polite. I decided to go with the chopped brisket sandwich and brussels sprouts.The sandwich came out with plenty of meat and had their competition barbecue sauce with melted cheddar cheese. I will tell you I had to take off the jalapeños as they were too hot for me, and I felt for me it would overpower the sandwich. The brisket was cooked perfectly you cannot go wrong with that sandwich, It was great. The brussels sprouts were amazing. They are served with some shaved Parmesan cheese on top, but the highlight was the seasoning and maybe balsamic vinegar? The establishment was extremely clean, plenty of open seating, so you don’t feel crowded and shoved in like a chain restaurant. The owner was super nice as he walked around checked on people and spoke to them individually. My only complaint is I do not live near this restaurant, so I will only be able to hit it while traveling. can’t wait to go back”

“Just a typical bay and grill but they’ve brought some menu items from some historically beloved other bar and grills from the area which help make the place nostalgic even though it’s relatively new. The food is good and the prices are pretty decent.”

“I have been here countless times and have never had a bad experience. The food is pretty good especially for the cost. The salad bar has a fair amount of items and the steaks are good as well. Every time I go in here the staff are cleaning/vacuuming. This place is locally owned as well.”

“This is a small gem of the Sikeston area. We order all of our birthday cakes from them because they are beautiful and taste great. Prices are a touch high but not unreasonable. Every time I go in there to pick up a cake, there is always a small group of older people sitting at the tables having coffee and talking about sports. The other sweets in the displays look very good. Its just a warm feeling place to step into and grab a sweet snack or sit down for a sandwich or soup.”

“Love coming to Big Mommas! Great sandwiches, quick and delicious breakfasts and good drinks. The staff is also always helpful and friendly. I love the seasonal fall salted caramel apple cider. The Jacqueline is a standard go-to cold sandwich of mine, and the Chicken Chipotle panini is my absolute favorite warm sandwich in all of Springfield. Warm gooey cheese, fresh spinach, chicken and a great Chipotle sauce all in a crunchy panini. For breakfast, my favorite is the breakfast burrito, packed with eggs, sausage, potatoes, cheese, peppers, onions and tomatoes. And delicious salsa. It's a big messy burrito. But so good. You've been warned. I also really like the quiches. Can't go wrong with a quiche. Also a great place to pop-in, read a book, get some work done on your laptop or what have you. 5/5 stars.”

“I always have fun at this bar. Chastity, Ms Sherry and The Artist Formally Known As Pontoon, Pam are the best. The atmosphere is very welcoming. They treat everyone the same. Jeremiah, the DJ, plays good music and is a good host. The hamburgers are good too. They're also LGBT friendly. Theirs not a lot of bars that welcomes our community. They do. Im appreciative of that. Also, Ms Sherry sings so well!”

“It is a cash or check only place, but it's quick and delicious. The large sizes are huge, I think my daughter will be eating egg drop soup for the next 3 days, and it's delicious. Her friend has at least 3 days of pork fried rice as well. Both dishes are tasty. I'll definitely be back. 2 large orders and 4 large drinks and still until $20...
