Went with friends for the first time tonight. We all loved the food and the building and atmosphere were very nice but we found the service very lacking. After the initial drinks and placing our order we didn’t see much of our waitress again. In fact, we had to ask a different waitress for more water and beers. This place is so so good! Friendly staff and excellent food! My wife has Alpha Gal and sometimes it's difficult finding options for her but they were very accommodating. Would definitely eat here again!
Wonderful restaurant with great cocktails and delicious food. The menu is small, yet provides small plate and entree options. A full page menu of a variety of cheeses is also available for those who love various cheeses. We definetly will be back

The restaurant is tastefully decorated and cozy, making it a very pleasant place to dine. It is considered the best restaurant of its caliber in recent memory, and a must-visit destination in Sikeston. The menu also includes hand-made pastas and a notable 9 oz beef tenderloin served with tender asparagus and mashed potatoes, cooked to perfection with a perfect char. Their drinks, including a bourbon aged in-house and a Mississippi Mud dirty martini, are highly recommended. Carson's is a delightful discovery for those traveling on I-55, offering a memorable dining experience.
