Great atmosphere for higher end dinning. Robust wine list. Brussel sprouts could have used a port-wine balsamic reduction to temper their saltiness. Lamb and gnoshi dish was tasty. Could have been enhanced with a green vegetable pairing of some sort. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

First, it was a very nice atmosphere, the waitresses was amazing and welcoming. The cocktails were also next level. I had the Bloody Mary (Bloody Kary) which hands down Best in all of Southeast Missouri. Our food was excellent. If you are in Sikeston this is a must!

The staff have gone above and beyond for us every time we've been there with recommendations, teaching you about the food and building, the chef and the family. The bar tender is especially fantastic with their knowledge and preparations that go into every drink! 5/5 and well earned.

Everything was perfecttttttt!!Sooooooo i finally got to eat at CARSONS by chef Adam Glenn. and I just want to say it surpassed all the things I expected of it! And my expectations were high!! I've always loved adams work he is really taking fine dining to another level in this little town!! And his wife Carole is just the sweetest! Everything we had was so fresh. My love for food and cooking makes me pretty critical about my food but they hit every mark ! All the way down to the drinks! I had a mixed berry martini and it was seriously the best martini I ever had!! The bartenders know what they are doing!!! Those ladies are doing there thing for sure!! The atmosphere was so nice and inviting!! I just loved it so much!! I know where alot of my money is going now ???? ???????????????????????????? carsons by chef Adam Carole Glenn
