Never give me a receipt and always message up my order. Last time, missing 10 piece nugget and deluxe crispy chicken. Good luck getting money back. This time, paid for double QP with cheese and got a single. This is just two examples. What are they doing? Pocketing the excess money????

I waited for someone to take my order and the girl that was working the front looked at me four different times and walked off all four times. I just left and I will get my food elsewhere! This is the second time this has happened at those location!

I really try not to go to McDonald's, but my daughter had to have Grinch socks. As I expected the food was horrible! Ice cold fries and nuggets. Everything was hard and cold! And then the price was jacked up way too high. The only thing good was the socks and the smoothie!

We stopped here on our way back home to Mississippi after a weekend in St Louis going to six flags for Fright Night for Halloween to get our usual Carmel frappes and let our doggy baby use the bathroom! The frappes were good not watery like some McDonald's they were actually really good! I give this McDonald's a 8 outta 10 if you want a Carmel frappe done right and if you want it to tastes delicious!!!!

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no onion. 1st one was perfect outside of the stale bun, the second came with only one patty. I go through this drive-thru all of the time, and never complain with things are subpar but at some point they need to be held accountable.

Condiments is always an issue for them. The lady at the window is very rude I would have thought they would have gotten her out of the window since the last time I came and I ordered 7 sandwiches and they gave me two jelly’s. I asked for more and of course that was a problem. And today I don’t get any jelly. Whoever is training them is not training them to actually care for the customers they seem like they are there for a check especially the one that’s there in the window now. 10/16 @. 8am. If she doesn’t want to be there she needs to find a new profession.

This place gave me SEVERE food poisoning, to the point where I am dangerously dehydrated from puking so much. DON’T DO IT TO YOURSELVES 😭

They stuck everything in one bag so when we tried to check and make sure everything was there and right the bag ripped and we couldn’t check the rest of the food until we got home and found out one of the burgers wasn’t right.

Drive thru is normally great. Indoor service lacks big time. I was walking up to the counter to order and the lady in the kitchen looked right at me, turned around and walked an away. Waited to see if sure was going to tell some one I was there, but nothing. So I turned and walked out. I have found not only today, but in the past the counter people lack in customer service.

I've got food from this restaurant dozens of times. Always great. But today whoever the cook was LOVED salt. The fries and hamburgers my wife and I got were almost uneatable because of the amount of salt.
