I've got food from this restaurant dozens of times. Always great. But today whoever the cook was LOVED salt. The fries and hamburgers my wife and I got were almost uneatable because of the amount of salt.

Ordered off the app a good 10 mins before I showed up. One person inside eating and one in the drive thru infront of me. When I get to the window they send me to a parking spot where I waited for 15 minutes just for the fries to be cold and a screwed up order. Bunch of high school kids who just don’t care working up there

This Mcdonalds needs to get into the 21st century, you can't even order shareables at this location, and they are very slow paced. Got my sons order wrong, didn't give him the right order when he went to the front and showed them his receipt, the young girl just looked at him like she was stupid really. He paid over 25 dollars for his meal and shake and didn't even get his shake and when asking for it, she still just looked at him.
Alot of slow workers or maybe lazy. Fast food is called fast food for a reason. And always get really cold food or it's stale. What happened to mcdonalds being so good and hot.

Me and my little sister decided to do mobile pickup at the curb. We seen a old lady come over and start yelling at us for ordering a few things of ranch. Old lady in a bun with a wart on her face. They never charged us for a few things of ranch. I told her about it and she interrupted me and gave me a disgusted look. Your really mad at two girls wanting ranch for their meal. Never met someone who cared so much they have to have a attitude towards customers. I was gonna agree and pay for the charges, but why bother. She already had a nasty attitude. This is the only McDonald's in my town I got to and it looks like they lost a customer. Hopefully more.
