Friend and I met at Kozy in early June (under new mgmt). The staff was unprofessional; brought out wrong order, food was not even warm, much less hot. Waitress never once came back to check on us or offer refills. We decided to try again Sept 14 just to make sure it was start up curve. No....today there was only 4 tables with customers (2 tables already had food) and it took over 3O min to make an omelet and single pancake. We even had to ask for utensils.
