The Hop Diner ( formerly Oasis of Blue Eye)

The Hop is a one of a kid place, supported by the local town they have something special! I got the Hop burger and fries, the burger was so fresh and cooked very well. The fries and onion rings were so good and crispy. Nothing was greasy and the whole place has a very welcoming and inviting atmosphere, I can not praise this place enough, if it's in the area or if your on vacation! Give this place love and you will not be disappointed at all!

We sped right in the lot
And entered in The Hop.
Such a warm inviting place,
Abuzz with smiles and
Conversations in every space.

The jukebox was a jammin
And Christmas is A-Comin
As we ordered our meal
And ambled to our seat

Our food was hot and tasty
And price was more than fair
The service was fantastic
I experienced beyond compare!

I got "The Original" with Fries and my wife got the chicken tenders... everything was delicious. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. We look forward to coming back.

The best food and service! A family member has Alpha Gal Syndrome, and Eric and Lindsey cook the fries and chicken and make a delicious salad that's AGS-friendly. Lindsey’s Artisan bread is fantastic!

Drink fountain was filthy and sodas tasted bad. Tea tasted like suffer dish water. Chicken sandwich was a fried frozen tender on a bun.

Visiting from out of state and decided to try a new place. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!! The food was delicious but the staff and how they treated our family of 6 was what made the evening so special. Thank you!!

Great little diner. Generous portions. Clean. Right down the road from Dogwood Canyon. Christian music. Group of 6 ordered five different menu items------all great!!!!
