Las Casitas (Blue Eye Mo) is a hidden treasure in the Ozarks. This restaurant deserves to be on the map, as it offers the best Mexican food in Missouri, maybe all of the States. The couple who runs this has brought Mexico into your mouth. The food is delicious. The menu is varied and offers something for everyone. Specific meals include Fajitas, Charro Beans Mexicana, the Most Flavorful Birra Tacos, Birria options, Mole Enchiladas, steamed Vegetables, street tacos in steak, and a soup. The mango lemonade is amazing, and the horchata is the best horchata ever had. The service is phenomenal, friendly, and management good. The only shame is they are hidden in the Morningside ranch, but the best kept secret in Blue Eye. Go with the Birria options; all are great. Just dig in
