Seems like they are taking extra money from the customers.. using the penny as an excuse to round up instead of rounding down. They proceed to tell me they can't take my penny cause of a penny shortage. I have the exact change they need to pay $12.01, why do I need to fork up extra change? Not a great way to get a tip either.. you guys should round down or take the change that's given to you..

This is a newer location in the area and I am so happy about that. The service is great and of course so is the coffee. The only downside to this location is the parking lot and location. It doesn't stop me from going but I've almost been hit... Proceed with caution but don't let it stop you from going.

Love the coffee here but so disappointed with the service! She said she was new manager there which I’m surprised she was in a manager position for how unprofessional she was acting. She kept pressuring me to come on here and give 5 star review and was literally waiting for me to pull my phone out and do it, not that I would’ve minded but to sit and wait for me before giving me my coffee, after we kept going back n fourth about it she finally gave me my coffee (rudely) so I could leave. I felt so uncomfortable, I’m so in shock I’ve never had an experience like this especially at a coffee shop. Definitely will be driving to a different location here on out…
