Tiffany, the supervisor, did a great job setting up a table for 8. The food is the same since the late Jerry Zarda opened the Blue Springs version in 1976. While the location has changed and the menu has expanded, you can count on a visit to be a highlight of the month experience. It’s a nice tribute to a family tradition.
As an out-of-towner, we decided to try some BBQ. Zarda Bar-B-Q in Blue Springs is the real deal if you’re looking for authentic Kansas City barbecue. The meats are perfectly smoked with that classic hickory flavor, and everything comes out tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.
