Food was not packed properly. Chicken legs were placed in bottom of bucket and ultimately smashed by other pieces. Biscuits placed on top and smashed when the lid was placed. Quality was not great.
Were they short staffed? Yes. The wait longer than usual? Yes. But the guy was working his tail off which I have mad respect for, & he apologized for the wait. Food amazing as usual
The new hire guy was so nice and helpful! Kindest customer service worker I’ve ever met at this kfc
