Can be over stimulating if you get overwhelmed by noise or crowds, especially on a Friday night, but a very friendly place with delicious food and lemonade. Their ice tea is really good too!“

“On a road trip with my entire family. I'm a clean freak so chain restaurants are hard for me , even hard to go inside. This place was clean, I even let my kids play in the germ box room. I overheard the manager training a new employee, and I could see right there why this place was such a pleasant experience. Great stop for us! Thank you, keep it up!“

“My large family had the greatest experience at a KFC that I know of for at least 30 years.Steven whom is the manager was super polite and helpful and suggested their brownies. After ordering we went back and boy was he right about the quality! They were awesome!Nate whom is a manager in training helped us with our order and made sure everything was stellar. This guy stayed busy keeping their business ship shape! He has years of management experience that shines brightly like the clean surfaces in this KFC!Abbie took our order and she was so large family friendly. I enjoyed learning and sharing family details and just feeling cared for by her.This restaurant was so clean! I could tell that the employees are committed to their duties.It has new management all around and you can tell that the staff cares and the past experiences are behind them.This level of quality is unusual in this industry nowadays.I highly suggest supporting this establishment!!

“Stopped in this am to get food the Loby was super busy when I got there but I was super super surprised by how quickly everyone behind the counter was able to get people their food I didn’t wait long at all and other customers received their food fast as well…THANK YOU POPEYES FOR ALWAYS BEING MY NUMBER 1 PLACE TO EAT!!!!“

“Came in late. I was the last person. Food was great. I understand the time I came in and the staff probably wasn't too happy. They served me with a smile. My waitress was great. When I went to leave.....the bus boy locked the door closest to my car and made me walk outside all the way down the building. This wouldn't have been bad, but it was a hurricane outside. I walked 50 feet and was completely SOAKED from head to toe. That was dick move. I'm jus saying“

“The atmosphere is typically loud during all hours of the day so you'll have to raise your voice if you want to communicate to the person in front of you. If you're getting a takeout order you might not hear your name yelled so you need to be paying attention. They're always officers everyday in and out of the store so there's always a service officer there to help anyone if someone is having trouble or need sanctuary. Chick-fil-A is considered a safe place so if someone is chasing you or you're having problems they will help you with sanctuary. It is wheelchair friendly everyone is always very very kind everyone dresses very nice the place is always kept very clean. This particular Chick-fil-A on 39th Street is always busy so there will always be a long line for the drive-thru. Is definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A I've been to and I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's. When you order food there is a general decent wait time so be prepared for that but it's always nice hot and fresh.

Parking: There's about 40 parking spots but since it's so busy it can be hard to find a parking spot but people are usually in and out so you can either park by the mall if you want to walk or you'll typically get a parking spot there's usually always one open.

Kid-friendliness: There is absolutely kid friendliness kids are protected there and safe if they wander around or have fun you know kids are. Nothing will happen to your kid if they go to the restroom by themselves they're very watchful there and there's always an officer there.“

“We stopped by today with a large take-out order. I had all of the various orders in my phone and read each of them off for the.extremely kind and courteous young woman taking our order. She wasn't bothered at all by our large order and could not have been more accommodating. By the time we filled our drink cups, our order was waiting for us. The food was delicious and I so appreciated the fast and friendly service. When we unpacked the order at our destination, it was 100% accurate. We'll be back.“

“I can't thank the staff enough for making my dad so happy every Tuesday! My dad is 90 and only likes the legs and every Tuesday I take him at 11:30 for their Tuesday special and they have no problem doing all legs (unlike another chicken place we've been to). The service is always so friendly! Thanks for making my dad happy!“

“Happened to order drive thru right before closing, so the food was freshly made. Everyone was nice.Had to wait about 10 minutes for the potato wedges, which are huge! Think there are 3 whole potatoes in here. They’re lightly breaded too.The chicken dippers are evenly sized chunks and the breading well seasoned! Pleasantly surprised by this gas station eatery.“
