Went through the drive-thru didn't get the correct order brought out to our car. We just looked in the sack, thought thought Yep it's there but when getting home it wasn't the correct order.

I don't eat arby's very often, but when I do and I come to the blue springs location.I am always extremely highly impressed with everything about the experience from when I first walked into the door until I leave. Staff is super friendly and super quick and everything always tastes perfect. I don't leave many reviews, but I feel like this needs to be noted..

Food is usually very hot and delicious. The service however needs some training. This location does not move with a sense of urgency compared to other ones I have visited and are not super approachable.
