Spoke to the manager at the AWESOME customer service. We were greeted right away and the young lady had such a friendly bright smile. The little things really do matter, and after having a horrible experience up the road at the McDonald's we were so happy with our experience at this Arby's. Food was hot and fresh too!!

Drive-thru service was fast. Ordered a Buffalo chicken slider. When we got to the window to pay we were told they would need to drop a tender for it which would take 5 minutes but we didn't have that kind of time. So they made one with nuggets at no charge which was pretty cool. Curly fries were not real fresh so could only eat about 1/2 of them. Roast beef sandwiches were fire which is why we went to begin with. Overall it was good and I'll be back!
