The store was spotless and the sandwiches were amazing! The staff was very patient and informative in helping my parents decide during their first visit. Emma went above and beyond to make their first visit exceptional! I hope the team members are recognized for their dedication this franchise.
They messed up my subs while they were really busy. I got a sincere apology, a free drink while I waited, and two tasty subs remade quickly. Something went wrong and they handled it with skill and honesty.
