Absolutely love my Jersey Mike's. Food was great. I always wish they had a little more room but I typically take it to go. There were 2 women working this particular day who were very kind and patient to a customer that needed a little more help than most. The employees have always been incredible here.

Absolutely TRASH. I’ve ordered 3 times from them on Door Dash and EVERY TIME the chips are missing. Incredible. $25 for a sandwich and chips and can’t even include the chips. I rarely ever use DD too. The collective IQ of people working here is abysmal.

Terrible slow place where after waiting 20 min on your order they just leave it sitting on the counter and look at you like your crazy for asking for it. Either pay your employees more to make them at least pretend to care, or close down. Pure insanity.

I had an online order set to be picked up at 2:15. 10 minutes has gone by and i asked the cashier if she had my online order. She told me to go to the shelf and wait there. I waited another 15 minutes. I got into line to see if this would be faster to get my sandwiches that are 25 minutes late. As i’m waiting in line I see a bag with my name on the receipt. My husband and I asked for our bag that was 30 minutes overdue. There was no apology for their mistake. I have made a report through the app asking for a refund. If i’m going to pay $20 for two sandwiches I expect decent customer service. I doubt we’ll be going back.

We went in on Monday night for the first time ever and it was the best sandwich we had a long time! Got the Philly cheese steak and the Italian and both were10/10! They were pretty busy when we arrived but the customer service was very nice and the night manager lady was super friendly and was even the person or make our sandwiches! New favorite spot!

Food is excellent!! Especially the big kahuna! It is a little more expensive than some places, but I'm convinced it's worth it. The service is great too. *UPDATE... The last 2 times I have visited this location i haven't been impressed. Today we got 2 giant big Kahana. Both didn't have cheese, and were overcooked extremely dry. Our giant roast beef was good tho.
Always great food and great service. The best food service team around. Love eating here and love the people.
