Food is ok. But it’s slow for “fast food”. About a ten minute drive through. Just be wary if you’re on a time crunch.
On a busy Sunday lunch today, our order taker Bobby was quick, efficient and courteous. I ordered 2 of the new BBQ roast beef sliders and a med curly fries. After getting my order, I came to sit down with it and unwrapped first slider, it was chicken instead. I was just about to take it back up front, when Bobby walked up and mentioned they made the wrong sandwiches, and asked if I wanted them remade. I said yes I would appreciate it. It seems like there's a shortage on Arby's sauce. My husband really likes the flavor. So he ask for it and out of 3 big meals they give us 1 packet for each meal. I don't understand.
