This store disappointed again, and the "manager" was the biggest disappointment. I always get a salad at Chipolte and the dressing is a highlight. For the last several times (3-4, maybe more), and at various other times, they tell me they are out of dressing. Yesterday, when it happened again, it was 6:30 in the evening and I asked why they did not have dressing during the prime dinner time? Avocado skin still in guac. Ended up in a bowl I ordered. The Chipotle team in a Blue Springs needs to do better. This can easily be avoided with good quality checks.
Ordered a burrito with steak and rice for pickup from the blue springs location. Once we noticed the burrito was 1/3 the size of what we normally receive we brought it back inside and mentioned it was quite a bit smaller than normal. The staff member replied, “Well you ordered steak and rice, what else do you want?”. Immediately left because we were clearly getting no where considering his attitude. Umm, but we want $10.40 worth of burrito. Ridiculous.
