This location waxes and wanes when it comes to product. Over the past year we have learned that: you can’t order for pick up as it’s always wrong, you have to watch service or order will be wrong, you have to get there early or they run out of food/condiments, and food isn’t fresh. Tonight, paid for chips—didn’t make it out with the order, and no guacamole (it’s sad that on the grocery run got some and said “well, when they’re out at least we have it). I’ve encouraged the husband to go to the Independence location but he’s essentially the definition of insanity and expecting a different result every time. He just said “I give” as the past 3 visits it wasn’t right. Tonight’s employee was going off on how his coworker is a “b$&@?”. We give…glad we picked up the extras.

Great food fast. I love the bowl but the burritos are amazing as well. It's Chipotle so if you are looking for one near Blue Springs this is it.

They made my order wrong and I didn't found out until I got home with it and then I drove back and the manager didn't like the fact that I was upset and would not replace the order and told me to call corporate support. The napkin dispenser is rusty and nasty looking too. Manager obviously doesn't care about customers. I will never return to this Chipotle location.

I hate to say but this location is low-staffed. I felt bad for the workers there, great kids but the food was running low on about everything the tables were all dirty, the trash was full to the tops, and couldn't find a fork or spoon because they were out. Everyone who was working looked defeated by the long line of customers but they couldn't help it.

Store was dirty. I paid for the people's food behind me unbeknownst to me. Food was awful. I live over 30 minutes from this location, so it wasn't an option to take food back or let them know I paid for others' food. No one answered when I tried to call.

A lot of the food is burnt or has been sitting out too long. Things were made spicy when they aren't supposed to be spicy. Staff acts like they don't want to serve/help you.

You can tell no one there cares about their job there. Dirty and rude. Floor was disgusting. Shove the food into your bowl and rush you along. Then stand there doing nothing while the food grows mold on the floor.

I don't know what it is about you guys and your takeout orders but I literally ordered double chicken on my burrito and I did not get double chicken on my burrito so next time since I'm a truck driver I swear to God if I get one more take out order that isn't what I ordered I'm pulling my rig directly up in front of your establishment I ordered double chicken because it makes it a huge burrito and I eat on it for 2 days

Ordered take out today and when we got home the chicken was burned to the point of being black. Now they will not answer their phone and the receipt with the order number on it did not print correctly so I can't even make a complaint online thru the app. Will never go to this location again.
