I placed an order on the mobile app and got stuck in traffic on I 70 behind an accident with a semi truck and another car. The manager Krystal, remade my food so that it was fresh because I was 40 minutes late for my pick up. She by no means had to do this, but she did it anyway. Amazing service, amazing staff, thank you so much for being understanding!!!
This has got to be the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been too. Everytime we think it might be better and it’s the same. There’s never enough employees it seems like and with the employees there it seems like they don’t want to work. The meat never seems fresh seems like it’s been sitting out for awhile even if it just came off the grill. Also seems like no one knows how to wrap a burrito. Line always moves incredibly slow. This place is just terrible lmao
I went inside to order my food the workers were rude.they were just trying to rush me the entire time. I ordered there chips and quaso. I got home the chips were very stale. I never had a problem at other chipotles.i will not be going back to this location.
