I ordered on-line and when I got my order it was wrong. I was missing items that I chose and paid extra for. Then when I called they wanted me to come back up so they could make it again. I don’t live close to the location. They also said they couldn’t refund any of my money back.
This store disappointed again, and the "manager" was the biggest disappointment. I always get a salad at Chipolte and the dressing is a highlight. For the last several times (3-4, maybe more), and at various other times, they tell me they are out of dressing. Yesterday, when it happened again, it was 6:30 in the evening and I asked why they did not have dressing during the prime dinner time? Avocado skin still in guac. Ended up in a bowl I ordered. The Chipotle team in a Blue Springs needs to do better. This can easily be avoided with good quality checks.
