Great beer and vibes. You can tell the owners care about the community and have built a great environment
East 40 is a community hub and a vibe. The patio is carefully curated with heaters and live music all the time. They have events all the time with live music or yoga or vendors. Dogs are allowed outside on the spacious and sunny patio. They even have soda and cocktails and wine and cider! Oh also skew ball and games.
