MacDonald’s is MacDonald’s… except that now days u see more and more of these kiosks in the lobby that they expect u to use to place ur own order. Rarely do I see anyone behind the cash register anymore. It takes at least five times longer for me to figure out how to get my order placed on one of these things!

Don't expect to get proper service unless you speak spanish, The cashier at the drive-thru usually speaks english, but once it gets to the cooks it gets apparently Lost in translation every time. And when you try to talk to the person at the drive through they have no idea what you're saying and have to go get someone else.
